The Coordination and Communication Service (SCC) of PIT “Monviso: l’uomo e le territoire” is the structure the two Parks avail themselves of in order to:

- guarantee the overall coordination of PIT;
- monitor PIT activities, always keeping in mind the objectives mentioned above;
- supply technical and training services to the cross-border partnership;
- promote project integration to favour cross-border development dynamics;
- define and develop a coordinated communication system in the Monviso area.

The SCC has a political component [the Presidents of the Parco del Po cuneese and of the Parc naturel régional du Queyras] and a technical component [the Directors of the two Parks, the two people in charge of Community Project Design inside the two Parks, two operational positions and one external professional].
